I discovered your profile on realestatefinance.ning.com and am interested in finding out more about your funding opportunities.  I have used two business credit building companies previously and they were unable to perform the services that they promised, so, I am a little apprehensive about paying for a service before results are provided - can you provide info on your fees, timeline and any guarantees?
 
My company, REL8, is a Colorado registered LLC and has been around since 2009.  The company does have a profile on D&B with the EIN, etc.
 
I have a personal FICO of 680, however, I have a Chapter 7 which is only 10 months old.  If this disqualifies me I do have a credit partner that I can access for a 719 credit score, however, she is not listed in the articles of my company.
 
We are in the SFR and Multifamily rehab and buy and hold markets.  Our focus is in CO, AZ, FL, OK, TX, and CA.  Because of the nature of our business a credit line would be the absolute best option, however, we are interested in borrowing against the asset in many cases.

Please provide further information on all of the questions above and any follow up that I would need to move forward.
