Company name and description: Tri-County Home Solutions, LLC is a 5 year old real estate investing firm involved in residential “fix&flip” projects throughout the Lehigh Valley in PA. Our credit rating and FICO are stellar. Is there anyone out there that would loan with interest only payments until the sale of our project - typically 8-12 months? The loan is paid off on the backend. An open line of credit would be the best setup but securing it is a problem. Thank you in advance. - Joe
