Executive Summary

We are looking for investors’ funds for Mortgage loans great ROI, we are not interested in loans and we do not seek partners either.

Investors will invest in Mortgage Loans represented by our firm in the City of Mexico, supported by contract before a public notary.

“Bufete Jurídico Inmobiliario” is a law firm with over 30 years experience in Residential Mortgage Loans, Commercial and Purchase of Properties in the City of Mexico.

The basic strategy involves investment you provide which will be applied for Residential and Commercial Mortgage Loans in Mexico City; the risk is low in the investment, as the Mortgage would be registered with the name of the investor before public notary.

The Mortgage is a legal contract between two parties in which one party agrees to pay cash for the repayment, interest and Real Estate of the borrower.

The main benefits of Private Mortgage is that you can get it from anyone, because they do not need to meet the requirements that banks have to qualify for a traditional mortgage, and the terms of the agreement can be very flexible.

If the Mortgage Loan is structured and documented correctly and legally, a lender can receive many benefits from a private mortgage, treats including a high rate of return and a steady income from repayments. This type of loan is usually secure, since it's guaranteed by a property, and it is a way to move money around fairly quickly, due the short term of the agreements, they last a few months or two years as top.

The best way to avoid problems for both lenders and borrowers is the research and documentation of the Real Estate before accepting anything and the understanding the risks that come with this type of arrangement. It is very important for both parties to secure the loan properly, agree on what will happen if the borrower cannot make the monthly payments on their due date.
