This is some info that we are looking at from our borrowers

Borrower
• What experience does the borrower have within this asset class and market? Experience
gets funded in this market, everything else walks. Your borrower’s experience in the deal
will tell you if you’re going to get paid or not. Govern yourself and your time accordingly.
• What amount of cash is the borrower bringing to the deal? What do they have at risk in the deal?
Do they have any other assets that could be put forward as cross collateral if required?
• Is the borrower aware of our rates and terms? (1-3 year loan, 11-15% interest rate, 3-6 points).
• At the current loan request, if the DSCR is below 1.10x how would the borrower make up the
difference?
• Why have they been unable to secure financing to date? How long have they been looking?
• How will the property be overseen and managed? How will it work, as the sponsor does not live in
the same state as the subject property?
