I have a 2MM portfolio of free and clear rental properties I am looking to use as collateral for a 15 year amortized loan at 12%. I am looking to borrow roughly 1MM.

Most of the properties are going to be around 50-75k in value.

Investor would obviously carry 1st lien position and would be paid monthly.
