*Loan Terms - Rates 6.5% - 7%; 5 & 10 year fixed rates' Amortization 25-30 years

*Debt Service Required - 1.20%

*Asset Types - Portfolios of 1- 4 family rental properties and condos

*Security Type - Cross collateralized and cross defaulted first mortgage

*Borrower Entity - Approved LLC or other commercial entity
