            LOAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The minimum loan amount is $20,000, and the maximum is $50,000,000
2. The minimum duration of the loan is six months, and the maximum is 30 years.
3. There is no prepayment penalty or early payment repercussion.
4. The borrower will provide valid proof of identification.
5. The borrower will have six months grace period before the first monthly payment is due.
6. This is an asset-based loan. Credit is not considered, except for personal loans.

Note: All fees are deducted from the loan amount at closing.
