I am looking for private financing to purchase a short sale condo in Danvers, MA. It is a one bedroom currently listed at $118K. I am responsible with a $50K income. Credit score is 584 due to 2011 divorce. Have owned a condo and house. Been with my company 6+ years. Current lease ends 10/31.
