Kennedy Funding Closes Another Land Loan

We have just funded a $3.5M land loan on a 10.31 acre parcel of vacant land in Bensalem, Bucks County, PA.  The loan proceeds were used to pay off existing debt as well as working capital to keep the project moving forward. The borrower plans on constructing a 300,000 sq./ft all-inclusive integrated medical complex at a cost of over $185,000,000.
