Need funding for a small residential single family custom home development project in Sidney, Ohio. 22.7 acres of wooded, hilly land subdivided into 12 large parcels for custom home construction. We have preliminary city approval and improvement estimates. Need $450k to purchase and make all improvements. Net profit on parcel sales alone will exceed $205k.
