Equity Investment Opportunity
We look to raise up to 20% Equity $ 26,000,000 + for a total project funding of up to $ 130MM+ for Acquiring 4 full operating Top Hotels in Germany (to Buy). Each Hotel can be funded individually. Mortgage backed. A Opportunity to Invest (fund) in existing full operating Hotels in Germany, (Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt etc.) each Hotel with a long positive operating history and top management company (top brand) in charge and with audited financials. Capital (Funds) needed $130MM + Prospectus, BP will be sent upon request. (Silent or recorded equity (funding) partner within the UK based Ltd, with a mortgage secured annually paid (Dividend)Cap Rate of 4% up to 7%. Deal can be structured as a LLP of PPP. Each Project can be funded individually. Proof of funds is required to proceed. Investors can fund each Hotel individually upon request.
Collateral offered will be a lien (mortgage) on the Hotels - we will make no advance payments of any kind and will not buy any kind of a insurance bond policy or other invented financial instruments before funds received on the trust account.
We have to inform that we go a different way, we first want to receive a LOI from interested Investor/Lender with all Terms and Conditions he is asking for. Once we have received this his LOI (MOU) we will proceed accordingly.
Furthermore we sure pay no app fee or anything else in advance, will not buy a bond of any kind and third we look for Equity funding. We are able to offer a Cap Rate of 4% to 7% + per Year.
At this time, the Company is offering up to 50% +equity interest in the hotels once funded, for the requisite capital sought in this prospectus (BP). The investor(s) will also receive a seat on the board of directors and a regular stream of dividends Cap Rate, starting in the first year of operation of 4% up to 7%. Each Equity investor will be secured through a lien on the hotels and this will be recorded within the hotels Land Registry
