I am the lending manager of a new private lender. We are offering a one time only chance to be involved in a non recourse, no re-pay loan from $1M-$$5M. All that is required is 10% cash down payment and a solid business plan. We are only offering two loans of this type and after that our loans will be a standard loan. Why are we doing this?
