I'm seeking a private money lender in Sacramento CA and surrounding areas. I just tied up a property and am looking for funding to purchase and rehab the property- and then flip it. Here's the details

Purchase price- $225,000

Rehab - $35,000

Insurance- $800( annual)

Closing costs-  $1,700

No HOA's

Water, sewer, garbage- $45 month

Estimated resale price- $375,000

Seeking private money lender

I'm seeking private money or hard money for fix and flip rehabs in the Sacramento and surrounding areas. I'm looking for a lender who can fund 80 to 90% of either the purchase price of a home (secured by a 1st deed of trust) or 80 to 90% of the total project cost at 75% ARV.
