Company name and description: Magic Sports Complex of New Jersey LLC. We are underway going through the approval process for our NJ site of 300 acres. Magic Sports will draw athletes, families, spectators, sponsors and tourists from all over the world. There is a clear-cut need for outstanding indoor and all-weather outdoor facilities that allow year-round training and competition in this region and beyond.

The economic impact of this humanitarian project is significant. It will create over 1,000 construction and community support jobs during construction, 1,500 full-time jobs, 1,000 indirect community jobs, more than 300,000 additional airline travelers and over $25M in tax revenue with more than $250M in Economic Impact on an annual basis.

From an operations perspective, Magic Sports has assembled a management team of more than 35 professionals to operate our facilities and we project over $160M in revenues and nearly $40M in earnings on an annual basis with over $200M in combined earnings during the first five years.
I am looking to expand the concept into 3 or maybe additional Regions of the country.
