The owner/developer need to raise additional capital to move the project forward. He is seeking to sell the 117+acre construction site with a "sale-Leaseback" contract for the appraised value of the land; on a 100-year long-term lease, with lease payments of $33,750 per month, and the option to buy the property back within 5 years. The property is fully entitled with a standby construction loan in place.
