Company name and description
Creative Equity Enterprises is not a Real Estate company; it is an idea, no, a reminder about how Real Estate transactions happened without banks, attorneys and credit bureaus. We work with Sellers who want to sell and move to a different area or who want to downsize. Sellers can use their home's current market value to turn a liability into an asset. We help people buy and sell real estate using owner equity/ private notes.
