I have been in Real Estate as a Landlord, Builder and Investor since 1996. I started as a Landlord and grew from there. Prior to the bubble burst of 2007-2008 I founded my own construction company in Arizona that grew to have 36 employees. We worked on large scale residential building projects which included townhome/condominium projects, SFR custom builds, and large scale home developments.

After the bubble burst, I came back home to California, met my husband, and we have since started our own Real Estate Investment Company: Coal to Cash Homebuyers, Inc. Scaling down our focus, we are concentrated on rehabbing and wholesaling SFR's 1-4, but are also educating ourselves on buying notes, and seek to increase our portfolio through Passive Income. We are serious, experienced and dedicated rehabbers that are ALWAYS looking to form life long relationships with great funding sources of all kinds including private money and hard money.
