USA:

Debt Capital Markets: Great for large commercial projects as well as startups, mid market and final stage raises. These funding entities do require up front engagement fees, and typically trade equity and/or board position for lower interest rates. Fast engagement letters. 60-120 day process typical.

We have access to lenders in Europe, the Caribbean and elsewhere outside the USA. Borrowers must have an EBITDA, feasibility study, projections, experience and serious skin in the game as well as meet other requirements.

We can facilitate CRE acquisition, refinance, bridge and property investment loans for foreign nationals via our attorney partners. They will assist with forming an LLC, applying for ITIN's or other required entities and registrations.
