How are you doing?  I am interested in your company and how it operates can you give me some more information on the way you go about these projects.  I am out of Ohio, me and my wife have started our own investment business and now we are looking to do something along the same lines but I am trying to see how other companies are doing theres.  If you feel comfortable could you give me some more insight on this?  I have been in the real estate business for 17 years but mostly on the management/rehab side now coming into the investor role things look a little different.
