Larry Foster here. I'm looking for a passive JV partner to purchase and rehab a rental portfolio in a high appreciation area. There is currently an extreme shortage of rental properties in the area. In addition, there is many under valued homes in the area. This area was depressed for many years but is poised for explosive growth over the next few years. Great opportunity to buy and hold or to provide updated houseing stock to the community.
