sound great, I love working together as a team...some lenders don't like as what they call the "Daisy Chain" but sometimes 2 or 3 heads are better than one... what difference does it make if we can just all work together and accomplish to get what the client needs in the end... and with these big deals there's enough for everyone to eat GOOD!
if you need funding right now for your big deal... i'm working on a 17 mil deal with a lender that was refer to me through broker here I working with on this website...LOI of 55% hard money within 48 hours...looking to hopefully close by 3 week of April...If you would like to work with me...these gentlemen are closing big deals....and are fast!
