Just a little background, Vista Encantada Eco-Club, is a gated, private community situated in the jungle with each lot, home and condo overlooking the Pacific ocean. The project consists of 2 parcels, a total of 16 hectares or 40 acres. We are surrounded by ecological preserve lands, banana groves, guanabana and mango orchards. Vista Encantada has natural botanical gardens and walking paths through the gardens and jungle and to our spectacular waterfall at the far end of the property. There is a secluded beach just down the road from us about 1 mile. A high-end boutique hotel is planned and approved near this beach. From Vista Encantada, you have views out to Guayabitos (to the south) andi to Chacala to the north. There is a 250 slip marina planned for Chacala and this is also slated to be a Port of Call. There are developments in Chacala with 5 million dollar homes and very high end housing. From Vista Encantada, you can see the new FONATUR development at El Capomo, which is very close by. An entire new resort city is in the process of being constructed, which will include a signature golf course, airport, 4 and 5 diamond hotels, restaurants and all of the amenities for tourism.
Vista Encantada has all government approvals - environmental impact, subdivision, electrical, etc. We are the only development of its kind totally approved. We are selling lots, homes, and condos at Vista Encantada. Each lot price includes electricity, water and stone streets. Vista Encantada I lots are titled and the condominium regime has been completed for this parcel. Each lot owner will be able to get the individual title for their lots. Vista Encantada II lots are in the process of being titled and we should receive title for this parcel in the next two months.
We have recently started construction on our Condo/Hotel Suenos Del Mar. Footings and foundation are almost completed. We recently opened up sales for this tower with the starting presales/preconstruction price of $119,000 USD for a one bedroom condo on the first floor. Every condo will have spectacular ocean views. From this tower, there will also be view to our 3-hole (par 4) private golf course which is under construction with completion planned to coincide with the completion of the first tower of condos. There are 4 floors of condos, 8 to each floor. The fourth floor condominiums are penthouses with the master bedrooms and baths on the fifth floor. Penthouse pricing is starting at $249,000 USD for 2 bedroom and $349,000 for 3-bedroom. We anticipate this first tower to be complete in 18 months to 2 years.
We also have ocean view lots for sale in both parcels at extremely competive pricing for the area. Regardless of whether lot, home or condo is purchased, this is a sound investment with values rising continuously. Riviera Nayarit is the area of focus for huge growth in Mexico.
