Hi Arnold, my name is Frank Lawson. I have a student housing property under contract and a commitment letter from Stockbridge capital funding. I need 18,800 to cover the expediting fees to close the loan. The loan is already approved and we need to close and have the property before the students begin their spring enrollment at the start of April. I would be interested to see a debt equity structure with a 75% debt to 25% equity with 10 million being the whole amount. We have figured up numbers with a 4.5% fixed interest that can be repaid by end of year six and the equity share bought out by the end of year eight if the equity holder so desires.
