Hello Mr Walker,

I would be interested to see a debt equity structure with a 75% debt to 25% equity with 10 million being the whole amount. We have figured up numbers with a 4.5% fixed interest that can be repaid by end of year six and the equity share bought out by the end of year eight if the equity holder so desires.
