I am ah with v a broker/avfinancial svcs. looking for $700k private funding. this is for rvs and trailer park in west tx.

making 20 to 25% cap rate and at present 4 acres developed 30 spaces with 20 trailers and 5 spaces ,stay full year around .Revenue: $240k to 260k net $171k/ 2013 and $100k/2012 (11 months ,started in feb'12) anoter 4 acre future development 50 spaces will increase $25k/m totl revenue will be: $600k/year and net$400k

park selling for $700k and construction cost for 50 spaces $250k

see if you can line up $650k for 5 yrs amortization 30 yrs (Balloon 5yrs)

we have 750+credit and financial$2.5million
