Commercial Real Estate Mortgages 250,000 to 5,000,000 for apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, light industrial, self storage, mobile home parks,  mixed use properties and business owner occupied properties including restaurants. @darnellhenson...  I own this website. The one you are on right here, right now. I use 2 email addresses, one is Yahoo and the other is Gmail. Does that mean that I am a scam? I'm sure we are all curious to hear your thoughts on this???

Yes it looks like a scam. It has NOTHING to do with the guy's email address. The clues are

1) How can he quote an exact interest rate without knowing your qualifications or scenario

2) NOBODY gives out "all types of loans"

3) Use of the word "kindly" means the individual is from Western Europe or northern Africa, not the United States 

4)  Nobody alive that gives out 10 million dollar loans would be willing to lend $5000. Much too wide of a range to be real.

Becky it is a scam. NOBODY lends at 5%. You can further tell it is a scam by the email address. Don't fall for it.

Anybody knows anything about a privet lender with the name Daniel Charles, and email address danielcherlesfundingservice@gmail.com?

I received the following email from him:


My name is Daniel Charles, I'm a real estates investors and also a direct private lender. I give all types of loans secured and unsecured loan and I give out loans in a minimum of $5kto$10,000,000 with a monthly duration of 1to35years as well as a good interest rate of 5%
If you are interested in getting loan from me please kindly get back to me with your response so we can discuss more thank you.

I'm trying to find out if he is real or a scammer.

My Other Ways to Make Money is within the financial cooperative community as both an Investor and an affiliate.  As an investor I am earning from 8% to 15% with interest and equity.  The deals are presented to me, I do not need to do the due diligence, worry about vacancies or collections, handle tenant calls, deal with repairs or maintenance worry about the taxes or insurance.  The investment is turnkey and solid, the payout out is as agreed.  As well I learned to be an affiliate because the deals are so amazing and I wanted to share the wealth with others while growing my investment portfolio.  As an affiliate I earn by becoming a part of the deal earning 1% to 2% with interest and equity.  It's simple I share what I am doing with others providing them the information for the Investor to decide if the opportunities are good for them and their lifestyle.

Whether we are Billionaires or on food stamps, ALL of us want to earn more money!

For me personally, I am a Sales Manager in a large car dealership. That is my day job. I also make money as an online affiliate from several different companies. I own this website, which provides me with a steady monthly revenue, and I occasionally will broker a loan. These are the main ways that I am currently making income. Why do I diversify into so many types of monthly revenue? Its very simple... I want to make more money!

If you have a great way of earning monthly income, outside of your normal 40 or 50 hour a week day job, Let us know about it here on this page. Do you make hundreds or thousands of dollars a month as an online marketing affiliate? If so, what company do you use? Do you own an income producing website, do you day trade, maybe you have an at home business? Wouldn't it be great if we could all help each other learn new ways to make money!
