You did a great job marketing my credit repair last month. Thank you for making me money! There are thousands of mortgage professionals on this website. It is a great place to learn the ropes but to truly be a successful mortgage broker, you will need to learn from someone in your area that is already doing multiple loans each month. NEW  Unsecured Business Loan Program 20,000 to 1,500,000   Funds can be for any business or real estate purpose. Must have credit score of 680 and above. Good credit is needed for this unsecured loan program but no collateral is needed just your good credit.

NEW  Fix and Flip loan program 80 to  90% financing for acquisition and rehabilitation of residential and commercial properties.  Minimum credit score of 600 for this program.

Hey Everyone.  I'm Simmy.  I'm a private-lending-broker based in Atlanta, GA, but we source funding nationwide, Canada, and some International (based on the deal).  Our lenders can fund pretty much anything that has to do with Real Estate (residential, commercial, construction, SPEC, hard money, permanent, JV/Equity, etc....).  We also focus on Small Business Loans (SBA and/or private 1-5 year term loans for Businesses).  YES, we will pay 20% referral fees to other brokers that send us deals to work and close.

I'm Joe Bennett. I like this new feature and am happy to contribute. 

I live in Long Island, New York. My day job is selling cars. My side job is buying and renting out residential investment properties. I started doing this many years ago and if things keep going the way they have, I will be quitting my day job in 3 to 4 years. 

Outside of work, I am a single guy. I play in a pick-up basketball league, I like to read, travel, go to new restaurants, and meet friends for the occasional drink or two.

I'll start this off :) This message is coming from the owner of The Real Estate Finance Website. I spent many years in the mortgage business, starting out as a Broker and ultimately running my own private money firm backed by a small group of private investors. I left the mortgage business in 2010. I started this website about 4 years ago.

A recent health scare has caused me to return to this business, not as a lender but as a very well connected Broker. I arrange financing for all types of commercial real estate transactions, as well as residential investment funding. I am also a residential real estate investor.

Outside of that, I own/manage Linkedin.com real estate and mortgage groups with over 90,000 members. I also make money as an Online Affiliate. When I am not working, I hit the gym 5 days a week, I like to travel and have been to 7 countries, I play several sports, and I like to spend time with my girlfriend and my dog, Max.
