Savvy investors are going for longer term fixed rates for example McMann Commercial Lending is offer 4.25% Fixed for 10 years with a 30 year amortization on the purchase or refinance of Multi Family properties with loan amounts starting at $700,000. Property has to qualify for the "Go Green" program.  It's not as difficult to qualify as you may think start here and we will guide you every step of the way.
