Share 'Need 60% ARV funding for warehouse project in Colorado.'
We are buying a vacant warehouse in Denver which we will lease during the inspection period. Property will be fully leased prior to closing. 60% ARV financing will equate to 95% LTC and at 12% IO, DSCR will be in excess of 1.6. Have permanent financing lined up and can refinance in 12 to 18 months.
