Share 'Cash out $160K on a $1M+ commercial property'
I have a client in need of $160K for a down payment on a lot. They own a property (cultural center/school) valued at over $1M that they are willing to put as collateral. Looking for a minimum 3 year term and no prepayment penalty. The lot will be purchased to build a new and larger cultural center. Both properties are in ATX.
