Hello everyone i am looking to borrow $90,000 to fix and hold a three bedroom  1 1/2 bath 1200 in the Joliet ,IL area purchase price is $57,000 only cosmetic repairs needed paint/carpet to  house, except a new roof for a two car detached garage, ARV is  $95,000 if anyone interested please email me  thanks!
