I am one of three beneficiaries of a family trust.  We have some raw land for sale in Grayson County on Highway 289, about 2 or 3 miles down from State Hwy 56 and 10 miles or less from Hwy.  82 that goes to Gaines and Denison.  This is RAW LAND.  There are no utilities, but this could be used for a future building that needs highway exposure.  There is other land nearby from other owners that could be used to increase the exposure needed for the highway.  Beneficiaries are seeking a quick cash sale.  The land is currently listed at $15K per acres, but beneficiaries might be willing to take a 10% discount for a quick cash closure before November 15th.

I have a SFR in the DFW metro area that has already had some major rehab work done, b ut still requires about $5K more.  It has major rehab work done, but needs about $5K more and I am out of funds, so, for a property that has been appraised at $110K, I would like to get $80K for a quick cash closing by about November 10th or before.
