Thank you for the post.  How does your investors consider ARV (after repair value) in regards to the down payment?

Thank you for your comment Tom. This financing is for acquisition only not for rehab. The lender doesn't consider ARV. The property must appraise at the purchase price. Your down payment would be based on 35% of the purchase price. I hope this answers your question.
