Dear Sirs & Madams,

We all hear about the gorgeous and natural beaches (no high-rises) in the Northeast coast of Brazil and…. without the traffic congestion of bigger cities such as Rio de Janeiro or S. Paulo.

Salvador is a very historic oceanfront city in the state of Bahia. Paradiso Laguna is a gated development just 30 minutes from the International Airport of Salvador. Tourist from all the over the world come to see the spectacular “street Carnival” in Salvador beside the many tropical beaches.

This development already has dozens of million dollar oceanfront homes facing the Atlantic Ocean and now the Lots that have a front view to the large preserve lakes are being released.

Tennis courts (next to the beach), showers and a gated entrance with 24/7 security are already in place. The main Club has began construction and will be ready by July/August 2014 2 pools, one of them a 400 m2 pool, 3 additional tennis courts, volley court, restaurant, soccer field, club house for receptions, gym, massage rooms, spa, playground and a marina.

But, the biggest attraction without a doubt is the more than 1 mile beautiful private beach (with transparent waters) that Paradiso Laguna offers for its residents. I know, as some years ago we enjoyed 10 days in one of the oceanfront homes that a friend of mine still owns. It was one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had!

This Lot faces a smaller lake that borders the large lake….. that borders the ocean….. so the water views you have from this lot are just never ending.

Lot size is 7,370 SF equivalent to 664 mts and it is being offered for only US$ 120,000

When homes star being built and the Club is ready the appreciation of the whole development and in particular of lots like these will increase substantially. Lots in this area were lakefront homes already have been built are being sold for over US$ 200,000 some as high as US$ 300,000. Ocean front lots are all above US$ 400,000, homes from + US$ 2 million.

Best of all, the annual taxes are very, very low, there is no need of flood insurance as Brazil doesn’t have these kinds of natural disasters, and you can build a home only if and when you want. The development offers several arquitects options that maximize the ocean/lake home views with creative “see through” floor plans were glass, Brazilian wood and stones are extensively used.

Let me know if you know of any investor that might be interested in purchasing a piece of Paradise!

However, you might just want to stay in Salvador as this city is truly one of the best places to vacation in Brazil !

As they say in Salvador: “Deus e Baiano” (God was born in Bahia).

Cordially,
