Caribbean Hotel for Sale $2,500,000

The hotel is a delightful southern Caribbean refuge found on one of the Caribbean’s most serene island. The hotel offers personalized services in a Caribbean village setting. The hotel offers all guests accommodation in cozy studio units all with kitchenettes, private toilet and baths with hot and cold water amenities, air-condition, cable TV, telephones, private patios, a pool, and delightful open-air garden restaurant serving up local cuisine. The bed sizes for the guestrooms vary from twin, full or king. Each guest room accommodates two (2) to six (6) persons each. The swimming pool is 20ft x 30 ft. The restaurant and bar is open air and serves 50 diners. There is wireless internet connection, electronic security cameras, a small laundry, 12,000-gallon water storage tank, car park and landscape gardens. The facilities also include a tour desk, sun desk and designated smoking area.

The hotel is a mere 10 minutes’ walk from the island’s International Airport and the most popular beach and is in walking distance from another beautiful beach (15-20 mins away). The hotel is also within distance of several other attractions – shopping, restaurants, casinos and supermarkets. The hotel is also located within five miles of two golf courses, and within easy reach of great diving sites, in the midst of local culture and frequent festivals.
