Rail cars as collaterial

Can any one here use rail cars as collateral. Have 2 deals we need to fund ASAP. We have 32 tank cars worth $1,525,000 we want to refinance for $857,000 ASAP. We have 76 open hoppers we want to acquire for $1,900,000 for a retro fit project. We can put an additional $1,6000,000 into the retro fit project.
