I'm want to reduce my interest rate on my loan on the building in my profile pic.  I owe $61,500.  Been paying for over 3 years on time at 15%.  I would like to borrow around $70,000 at about 8%.  The remaining money will go toward repairs, including roof.  I will refinance the property in the next few years, but my credit is not quite ready yet.  The property is partially rented, and worth at least $125,000.  2014 appraisal of $123,000.  I am a very experienced investor/developer.  678-595-0007.  principles only, please.

Is anyone on this site able to do international financing.  I am in need of a true international lender.  I have two multi-million dollar deals a few with no debt no mortgages.  Others with tons of equity

Looking for funding for apartments. We own a 28 unit apartment building that we will eventually need to cash out refinance. We are also looking for purchase money and rehab funds for new purchases. Properties are located in the southwest (focusing initially in Oklahoma City) then expanding out, possibly to Tulsa and eventually into Texas.
