Said funding source offers VERY flexible terms, and there is no personal guarantee needed from the Borrower. </p>

<p>However, all projects, be it RE, energy, infrastructure, water treatment, desalination, etc., should have Buyer(s) with a PPA/LOI to show the annual payment amortization (e.g. minimum annual energy purchase, etc.), or in the case of a RE project (e.g. low-income housing that is developed in conjunction with a municipality, etc.), and ALL BUYERS/OBLIGORS MUST BE INVESTMENT GRADE (via Moody's or Standard & Poor's rating agencies), and typically Buyer/Obligor being either IG-rated corporation(s) or city/state.</p>
