Short Term Funding Needed For Mobile Home Purchases in UT, AZ, ID, SC, WI, NC, TX

My company has been investing in mobile homes on leased land and attached to land for over 7yrs. We buy inexpensive mobile homes, fix the, up, and sell them. We are looking to expand our company into more markets and need more capital. We have an ongoing flow of deals that we can do, we just need ,ore capital. Loan terms would be 6 months to a year.
