Seeking Venture Capital/Joint Venture for new sports complex

Hello everyone,

I am planning the design, construction and management of a new private sports complex in Ottawa Canada.

Scope: 2 NHL ice rinks, indoor soccer field, fitness centre, restaurant, plus a few other amenities.

Feasibility study is complete and proves this project to be viable and sustainable.  Business Plan is being drafted now.

Looking for either a business partner to be a financial backer or a Venture Capital firm to journey with me on this.

I am a start-up so I am limited in funds to get over this first administrative hump.  I have already put a lot of skin in the game.
