Our group is a homebuilding company that has built more than 18,000 homes.  We've been around since 1980.  At the peak of the last cycle annual revenues were $300MM with average annual revenues between $150MM and $200MM.  We are currently gearing back up as the market is returning.  We have a few projects that require capital.  Our immediate needs are approx. $3-5MM, and we could utilize up to $20MM in various projects.
