LOCAL Real Estate Investor group is expanding its network and looking for a select few motivated individuals to train and join our Real Estate INVESTING team in the next few WEEKS. We need to find some new team members to help us close more deals. 

Our goal is to create a group of investors who understand what leverage is, can utilize the system we have in place and get PAID as you learn the process. 

We can work around your current schedule part time or full-time. This is not a W-2 type position. 

No license required and no experience necessary. We look for drive and train for skill. This is a 1099 allowing you to earn as much as you are willing to work for. 

We hire people as independent contractors to increase YOUR profits and also take advantage of all the tax breaks associated with that. 

You will be working with and learning from LOCAL investors doing wholesales, multifamily dwelling acquisitions, rehabs/fix & flips, R.E.O related work, short-sales, cash flow rentals and much more.

We are willing to train new investors or help sharpen your skills if you have experience, but you must be eager to learn, close the deal, make a healthy profit margin and move on to the next deal.

The best candidates will be trained and coached to learn the most profitable strategies used in Foreclosures, Short-Sales and Auctions and more..... We will train you on our specific methods and techniques for this particular market, and partner with you to continue working with our company well into the future.
