Just started, Go Green Asset Enhancement with No Capital Expenditure is done by utilizing tax incentives, utility rebates, and reduced energy costs, reducing operating expense, increase net operating income and increase the Market Value of the Property/Business Asset with No Capital Expenditure. This is for commercial and businesses and if the property is for sale, it will increase the value of the property and is helpful for lighting, TV, internet, cable, etc.  We can also provide Neon energy that is great for hospitals, schools, hotels, etc. that are larger, but do have a cost involved.
