Hi,

I currently own several investment properties (condos, townhouses and houses) in the Chicago area that have been rehabbed and are currently rented (all rent between $1100 and $1500 per month) that i wish to do a cash out refinance on. The funds are to be used for further investment property acquisitions as well as renovations of other properties that I also currently own.

If any interested parties could respond with referrals or criteria it would be greatly appreciated.
