We are loan consultants partnered with an investment fund that provides funding for a variety of real estate and other projects. We work through the group's advisor's firm who determines the viability of each project. We use financial and bank instruments, which the fund provides, to collateralize funding through the client's bank or any other financial source that can meet compliance criteria.

The structure of the financing is dependent upon the project and instrument, could include some equity as well as debt.  Loans are non-recourse and in some cases forgivable, min $25M with no reasonable maximum.

The only prefunding cost to the client is for due diligence and compliance. As the group does all the work internally, no additional pre-funding fees are required throughout the life cycle of the transaction.
