Private Lenders???

Are there any Private money lenders here?
My wife and I fix-n-flip houses. We are usually looking for around $80,000 purchase price with about $10,000 in repairs and sell price of around $ 120,000.We have done larger houses with more spread but they take longer to sell so we are going to start doing these types of houses and more of them.
I am trying to scale our business and start doing multiple deals a month or year.Thank You

I have several options for you in this area in the "Fix N Flip" business. You will have to have skin in the game but you may be able to greatly leverage up to five (5) times your initial investment and we are not really score driven. Some will go down to a 520 credit score.

Thanks for replying to my post.

Currently I am looking for a private lender. I am tired of the runaround that I keep getting from lenders. I was approved with one lender for a line of credit for $250,000 and then when I sent in a property they would only finance 50% of the deal and then told me that I had to pay about $4,000 in fees and etc.

The other company has been telling me for 2 months that I am approved for lending and we are still working on it. I finally had to stop working with them and buy the properties out right.

So at this point in time I am kind of leery of starting all this stuff again.
