I am looking for a Private Lender to Finance An Esso Gas Station and Truck stop, Located on main hiway in Ontario, Canada. It is on 2 Acre Lot. Purchase Price is 3.2 Million and Need 1.6 Million Financing. This has very good cash flow. A the purchser has very good credit history.

The seller is ready to give 1.6 Million in Vtb. So only 1.6 Millon Financing Required From A Private Lender or Who ever is interested.
