No up front fees.
We look at each project to see if it would be a fit to have equity or not.
Most projects we will just do loan.
Takes 30-60 days depending on how fast you get the info to us.

We also have a SBLC/ BG  funding program via a 110 year old top tier bank in Austria and Germany. They also have affiliates in Canada.

Seeking funding for the purchase of warehouse in the region haute-garonne (france). We buy the property approximately 2/3 full, however, we at the same time rent the property to 100% of their capacity and want to monetize the value of the lease at the time of our purchase. Our original investment price is $ 250,000, however, the value of commercial property, to a ceiling of 8 and 10%. Still us just finding 90 and 100,000 dollars for closed the final purchase, which serra repay over 10 years. Hello Jim,

We are seeking investor to build recycle plant and manufacture plastic building template in four major cities of China. The principal have the patent technology which worth $90M USD.

To summarize, we plan to build four factories at a time in China and later in other countries.  The Developer, and Principal, is an owner and Chairman of the Board of several companies and has close government connections in 60 Chinese cities and also with the top governing officials of China.

He can construct and have fully operational factories in China in 6 months and less and can construct several at the same time.

His plan is to have factories constructed in groups of 4 factories in China at the same time every six months.
 
The amount of funds required for a factory is $75M USD; or $300M for 4 factories.

As the factories are being built and are operating in China, we plan to market the idea in other cities and countries around the world.  It is not known now as to how fast a factory can be established in the other countries
An investor can recoup his entire investment in just under 3.5 years and enjoy profits for a long time, like 20 or 30 years or more.
