Our investors are seeking multi family projects to fund before the end of the year. We can close bridge loans in 17 to 21 days, conventional and non bankable in 30 to 35 days. Rates start at 4.875 up to 14% with terms ranging from 1 to 30yrs. LTV 's up to 80% in Tier 1 markets, secondary markets range from 70 to 75%. Foreign Nationals LTV's start at 60 and can go up to 70%. Good credit or challenged credit we have a program that works for multi family projects. Our investors do not offer any 100% financing programs. We are able to finance borrower who don't show significant income on there tax returns, low occurpancy projects, value added projects and rehab projects.
