Greetings, we are looking for lenders to fund the acquisition and rehab for homes in Baltimore, MD.

With as little as $20k, we purchase and renovate these homes which rent for $800-$1000/month. We then sell these homes retail or with our own financing. 

This is an ideal investment for someone seeking passive income and great returns without all the headaches.
